We met Holly through Dave Stokes, who had been helping us find a home in Rogers. Together they worked every day for almost two years to find a home that met our criteria. Hard working and dedicated to meet their clients needs. We had preconceived ideas for almost two years as to where we wanted to move. Holly and Dave watched and found us a place there, but wanted us to look at an alternative before we made our final decision. Something completely different from our current thoughts. I had initially contacted Holly about a parcel that she had listed, but I ultimately did not pursue. Later I found a different parcel listed by another agent with a different company who proved to be unresponsive. I contacted Holly who helped me make an offer, but ultimately the offer was rescinded due to findings prior to closing. Finally, I found the parcel that I purchased, again listed through a different agent. Holly helped me again with the offer and all of the details. Everything was smooth and worry-free.
